Whoever you are, and whatever you do, ‘Stress Management’ will bring you more ways to take charge of your life and your responses. Positive and negative stress is a constant influence on all of our lives. The trick is to maximize the positive stress and to minimize the negative stress. Participants will be shown how stress can be positive and negative, and look at the way to identify and manage them in this workshop.
Stress is a part of daily life. While some stress is in fact good for us to perform well, it is necessary to understand when it is taking a toll in our life. After completing this workshop, participants will understand better on how to become aware of stressors, manage personal stress and work-related stress, recognize what can be changed, respond to stressful situations using effective techniques and moderate physical reactions to stress.
